Editor

The beta Editor combines a private document library, a rich-text workspace, and a guided review. It is available only when the Editor feature is enabled for the organization.

Editor library

Open WORKSPACE → Editor. The library lists the current user's articles and supports:

creating a blank article;
importing a document;
searching by article title;
filtering between Drafts and Reviewed;
selecting one or more articles for permanent deletion.

Articles are private to their owner unless an administrator has an explicit administrative reason to access them. Deleting an article also removes its Editor review history.

The text toolbar includes paragraphs, headings, quotes, bullet and numbered lists, code blocks, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, links, undo, and redo. Changes are saved automatically after a short delay.

The right workspace switches between Text controls and the review Advisor. On narrow screens, review opens as a sheet so the article remains readable.

Main workflows

Create or import a draft.
Edit the text and, when useful, select Restructure document.
Run a full review using at least one review module.
Apply, dismiss, or restore individual suggestions.
Use Versions to inspect or restore a previous reviewed snapshot.

Limits and prerequisites

Article drafts can contain up to 250,000 characters.
Restructure document and full review support up to 60,000 characters.
Restructuring requires at least 80 characters and more than one detected content block.
A full review consumes the organization's Advisor allowance and may be blocked when that allowance is exhausted.

Error and concurrency states

This document changed in another tab. Reload — the saved revision is newer than the open editor. Reload before continuing to avoid overwriting work.
Review in progress — editing is locked while a full review is running. Select Stop full review to end it; completed partial results remain available.
Review failed or Review interrupted — review output may be partial. Retry after checking the saved draft.
Feature locked — the organization does not have Editor access.
