Review and versions
Running a full Editor review and resolving its findings safely.
Start a full review
Open Review, choose at least one module, and start the full review:
- Facts & sources — checks factual claims and provides supporting or contradicting evidence when available.
- Language & clarity — proposes editorial improvements for clarity and style.
Review supports articles up to 60,000 characters. The document is read-only while the review runs. Progress moves through context, claim, tool, and language stages according to the selected modules.
Read review points
Review points are linked to highlighted passages in the article. A point can be labeled:
- Confirmed;
- Contradicted;
- Potentially misleading;
- Unverified;
- Suggested improvement.
These labels describe the review result for that passage; they do not replace editorial judgment. Open the listed sources and compare them with the exact claim before publishing.
Resolve a point
- Apply replaces the linked passage with the proposed text.
- Dismiss records that the suggestion will not be used.
- Restore reverses an applied replacement and returns the prior passage.
- Explain opens the Advisor context for the selected point when that control is available.
Actions are saved immediately. Editing the affected passage manually can make a point stale because its original text range no longer exists.
Stop or resume a review
Select Stop full review to cancel the running work. Points already completed remain visible. If the connection is interrupted, Editor checks the saved run and can resume receiving available results.
Starting another review while one is already active is rejected. Wait for completion, stop the current review, or reopen the saved article state.
Versions
Every completed review creates a version entry. Select a version to inspect its read-only article snapshot and findings. Restore this version replaces the current draft with that snapshot and its saved review points after confirmation.
Restoring a version creates a new current revision; it does not rewrite the historical entry. Copy the current text first if it must be preserved separately.
Failure states
- Review supports documents up to 60,000 characters — shorten the article or review sections separately.
- Allowance exhausted — wait for the workspace allowance to reset or contact an administrator.
- Review failed — the request did not complete. The article remains saved; retry from the review panel.
- Revision conflict — reload the current article before applying or restoring another change.
