Cloud integrations

Repository can connect to Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive when the integration is enabled for your organization.

Connect a provider

1. Open WORKSPACE → Repository and choose the relevant cloud provider.
2. Select the connection action.
3. Review the provider's authorization screen and approve only the access required for your work.
4. Return to Persate after the provider redirects you back.

Persate validates the authorization callback before opening the provider browser. If validation fails, return to Repository and start the connection again. Do not share callback URLs or authorization codes.

Browse provider files

The provider view lists Name, Date modified, and File size. Select a folder name to open it. Use the breadcrumb to return to a parent folder.

Folder visibility and file availability follow the connected provider account. A file that is not shared with that account cannot be imported through Persate.

Import for analysis

Select the Persate action in a file row to import that file and start Persate processing. The action is disabled after the provider item is already linked to a Persate file.

Importing creates a Persate-side file record and downloads the provider file for processing. It does not change or delete the original in Google Drive or OneDrive. Processing-dependent features become available after extraction and indexing finish.

Current limitations

The current provider pages support connection, folder browsing, and explicit per-file import. Automatic synchronization schedules are shown in Settings as Coming soon and should not be relied on. Reconnect the provider if its authorization expires or is revoked on the provider side.

Troubleshooting

• Callback could not be verified — return to Repository and start the connection again; do not reuse the failed callback URL.
• Provider authorization denied — reconnect and approve the requested scope, or ask your administrator whether the integration is permitted.
• File not listed — confirm that the connected provider account can access it and check the current folder.
• Import action unavailable — the item is a folder, is already linked, or an import is already running.
• Processing not ready — the provider download completed, but Persate extraction or indexing is still running.
