Published acts and publications

Browse official journals, read acts in the structured reader, and follow the publications of ministries and offices.

The Published acts tab opens the sources of published law and official publications. Sources appear as tiles in two groups:

  • Official journals — national journals, voivodeship journals, and other official sources of legal acts. A tile shows the type of source (National journal, Voivodeship journal, or Official source), the number of acts, and the time of the latest update.
  • Ministries and offices — publications of ministries, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and other public institutions, when included in the organization's plan. The group lists the institutions currently available; more institutions are added gradually.

Search sources in the sidebar filters both groups by name. No matching sources means no source matches the name; try a different one. If the institutions cannot be loaded, Couldn't load ministries and offices. is shown with Try again.

Browsing a journal

Selecting a journal tile opens its page: a banner with the source name and the number of acts, and a table with Title, Type, Status, and Published. Further rows load while scrolling.

The sidebar filters the acts of that source:

  • Search this source — text search within the journal.
  • Document type — Act, Regulation, Notice, or International agreement.
  • Status — In force, Consolidated, Repealed, or Pending.
  • Published — the publication date range.

Reset filters clears all four. Selecting a row opens a preview panel with the original file, when one is attached, and the publication details. The panel offers Open full view and, when an original file is attached, Download original PDF.

Reading an act

The full view of an act shows its title, status, and publication identifier (ELI). The side panel contains:

  • Actions — when an original file is attached, a switch between Reader, the structured text, and Original, the original file, plus Download original; View legislative journey opens the act's legislative journey.
  • Details — ELI, Type, Status, Published, Last change, Print №, Publisher, and Language, when available.
  • Contents — the sections of the act; select a section to jump to it.

The reader presents the text unit by unit. Units that are no longer in force are marked Repealed. If the text is not ready, the reader states why: Full text not available yet (only the metadata is available; check the original if one is attached), No readable text, or Couldn't load the text.

When the act is opened from an Advisor citation, the reader scrolls to the cited passage and highlights it.

Ministries and offices

Selecting an institution tile opens its publications: a banner with the institution name and the number of publications, and a table with Title, Category, and Published. Rows for attached files carry a file icon, and a short excerpt or the site section under the title gives context.

The sidebar filters the publications:

  • Search this institution — text search within the institution's publications.
  • Category — select one or more categories: News, Announcement, Press release, Consultation, Draft act, Official journal, Petition, Report, Grant competition, or Other. With none selected, all default categories are shown.
  • Show all categories — recruitment and procurement notices are hidden by default; this switch adds Recruitment and Procurement.
  • Published — the publication date range.

Reset filters restores the defaults. The filters are kept in the page address, so returning from a publication restores the same filtered list, and a filtered list can be shared as a link.

Reading a publication

A publication page shows its category, the institution, the publication date, and Open the source page, which opens the original page on the institution's site. The text appears in the same reader as acts. Publications with files list them under Attachments; select a file (Read the text) to read it in the reader, and use Back to the page text to return. The side panel lists Institution, Category, Published, Section, and Type (Web page or File). Source content retains its original language.

Publications of an institution also appear under Latest publications on its profile in Stakeholders, and in the Ministries and offices category of search. In the Tracker, an alert's source list can include Ministries and offices — publications.

Empty and error states

  • No matching publications — no publication matches the filters; change the search or the filters.
  • No publications yet — there is nothing to show yet; new publications appear here once the institution publishes them.
  • Couldn't load publications. — select Try again.
  • Institution not found — the institution's publications are not monitored; pick another one from the list.
  • Publication not found — the link no longer resolves.
  • This feature is not included in your plan — the organization's plan does not include institution publications; contact an administrator.
