- What is Persate?
- Persate is a legislative intelligence platform for teams that need to track the Polish parliament. It brings published acts, draft legislation, voting records, parliamentary proceedings, stakeholder activity and your own documents into one searchable place, and flags the changes that affect you.
- Which sources does Persate cover?
- Published legal acts, RCL drafts, parliamentary interpellations and questions, the voting ledger with the per-mandate record of every member, live parliamentary and committee proceedings, and the activity of monitored stakeholders on X. You can also upload your own documents and search them alongside the public record.
- Who is Persate for?
- Public affairs, regulatory, compliance, legal and strategy teams — typically in banking, energy, pharmaceuticals, technology and state-owned enterprises — along with law firms, lobbying firms and PR agencies that advise them.
- How is Persate different from a news or press alert service?
- A press service tells you what has already been reported. Persate works from primary sources — the acts, drafts, votes and proceedings themselves — so a change is visible when it enters the legislative record rather than when it becomes news. Alerts are defined by topic and matched against document text and live speech.
- Can I analyse my own documents against new legislation?
- Yes. The Repository is a private document library where you can store, search and preview your files, and the AI Advisor can work across both your documents and the legislative corpus. Every Advisor response is anchored in an actual search, and every reference is a citation linking back to its source.
- Is Persate available in Polish?
- The source material is Polish — acts, drafts, transcripts and votes are handled in their original language. The product interface and the documentation are available in English, and the documentation is also published in Polish.
- How is access to an account secured?
- Accounts support email registration or single sign-on with Google or Microsoft, and two-factor authentication using any TOTP authenticator such as Google Authenticator, Authy or Microsoft Authenticator. Each organisation's data is isolated from every other tenant.
- How do I get started?
- Create an account, pair an authenticator application, and sign in — the procedure takes about five minutes and needs no invitation code or payment details up front. The Getting Started guide in the documentation walks through each step.
